Since 2015, we have been providing uncomplicated help in and around Hamburg, throughout Germany and internationally, with our non-profit organization Hanseatic Help.
At our logistics location at Große Elbstraße 264, we accept clothing and hygiene donations, sort them and forward them to more than 300 facilities for people in need as needed and free of charge. In this way, we supply and support refugees and homeless people, low-income families, children's homes, women's shelters and social advice centers with clothing and other everyday items. We deliver relief supplies that are not needed in the region in cooperation with other aid organizations to crisis regions such as Syria, Iraq and Ukraine. Since 2022, we have also been operating our own Hanseatic Help stores - currently at three locations in Hamburg.
Anyone who needs pragmatic, unbureaucratic support is provided for by our social logistics. Countless people have already been able to receive initial care and clothing and hygiene items in this way. Our motto #simplydoit is always at the forefront - whether it's social donation logistics, social spaces or social integration.
Everyone can get involved with us. As a voluntary association, we are always happy to have helping hands. We are well networked regionally and nationally and know that together we can achieve more. Help us!

Seit 2015 leisten wir mit unserem gemeinnützigen Verein Hanseatic Help unkompliziert Hilfe in und um Hamburg, deutschlandweit und international.
An unserem Logistikstandort in der Großen Elbstraße 264 nehmen wir Kleider- und Hygienespenden an, sortieren sie und leiten sie bedarfsgerecht und kostenfrei an mehr als 300 Einrichtungen für Menschen in Notlagen weiter. So versorgen und unterstützen wir u.a. geflüchtete und obdachlose Menschen, Familien mit geringem Einkommen, Kinderheime, Frauenhäuser und soziale Beratungsstellen mit Kleidung und anderen Artikeln des täglichen Bedarfs. Hilfsgüter, die in der Region nicht benötigt werden, liefern wir in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Hilfsorganisationen in Krisenregionen wie Syrien, Irak und die Ukraine. Seit 2022 betreiben wir zusätzlich eigene Hanseatic Help Stores – aktuell an drei Standorten in Hamburg.
Wer pragmatische, unbürokratische Unterstützung braucht, wird so durch unsere Soziallogistik versorgt. Unzählige Menschen konnten auf diesem Wege bereits erstversorgt und mit Kleidung und Hygieneartikeln ausgestattet werden. Unser Motto #einfachmachen steht dabei stets im Vordergrund - egal ob soziale Spendenlogistik, soziale Räume oder soziale Integration.
Jede*r kann bei uns mitmischen. Als ehrenamtlicher Verein freuen wir uns jederzeit über helfende Hände. Wir sind regional wie auch überregional gut vernetzt und wissen: Gemeinsam können wir mehr erreichen. Hilf uns dabei!
