4 years, 2 months ago[Automatic translation follows] Digital, a diversity accelerator
In 2017, Mounira Hamdi and Anthony Babkine, specialists in digital consulting and communication, made an important observation:
France is full of job seekers with an appetite for digital and talented entrepreneurs in the field of Tech & digital, yet they note the absence of diversity in digital and Tech professions in France and internationally. Despite their determination, these talents or entrepreneurs of diversity tech face many obstacles (lack of information, support or career advice, etc.)
Convinced that diversity of profiles is an important lever for the performance of companies and the country, Mounira and Anthony decided to create Diversidays and, through programs and tools, to act in favor of a better representation of women, people from working-class neighborhoods and rural areas, people with disabilities, but also all people discriminated against or underrepresented in these professions (age, sexual orientation and many others).
The objective of Diversidays? Launch programs that:
>Support and make visible projects that have the potential to boost the French economy (see leadership program);
>Give job seekers the means to move towards or retrain in digital professions (currently 1/3 of job offers in 2021) (see DéClics Numériques program)
>Help make Startups and VCs more inclusive in their management and recruitment methods (see TechYourPlace program)
Today, Diversidays is a national association for equal opportunities in digital:
> behind the support of more than 4,000 beneficiaries
> financed and/or supported by: Pôle emploi, Agefiph, Google.org, French Tech, EDF, AXA France, Goodeed, Sopra Steria, LinkedIn, Shopify, Pierre Fabre, Orange, CGI, PwC, Share It.

>Accompagnent et rendent visibles les projets qui ont le potentiel de faire décoller l’économie française (cf. leadership program);
non-profit, association, égalité des chances, numérique, Tech, France, Impact, Tech for good, programme d'accompagnement, empowerment, diversity, diversité, emploi, and digital
