Notre école a vu le jour suite à un constat : en plus du déracinement qu’elles vivent, les personnes exilées subissent l’isolement, le manque de lien avec les personnes locales et le déclassement professionnel.
Alors que des secteurs peinent à recruter, comme celui des métiers essentiels ou de l'hôtellerie & restauration, un grand nombre de personnes exilées ont les talents nécessaires pour répondre à ce besoin.
À Villeurbanne, Annecy, Grenoble, Marseille et Paris, nous facilitons le recrutement des personnes exilées. Pour cela, nous formons les personnes exilées, mais également l'ensemble des parties prenantes qui ont un rôle à jouer (dirigeants d'entreprises, recruteurs RH, professionnels de l'accompagnement...) pour avoir un réel impact sur le système d'accueil et d'intégration de ce public.
Depuis 2019, 1500 personnes exilées ont suivi un parcours de formation chez nous dont 70% sont en emploi actuellement.
