WHAT IS THE ROLE OF A REGIONAL COORDINATION?
At the heart of the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem, we build lasting ties with our partners: the Region, the Caisse des Dépôts, partner banks and other support networks. Our goal for all: to enable entrepreneurs to undertake in good conditions and to contribute to the economic and social development of our territories, over the long term.
The Initiative Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regional coordination is a team of 10 people. We lead the 31 local associations, represent them to our public and private partners and ensure communication at the regional level.

Créé il y a 30 ans, Initiative France est un réseau d'expert.e.s en financement, de bénévoles chef.fe.s d'entreprise et professionnel.le.s de l'entrepreneuriat (expert.e.s-comptables, avocat.e.s, banquier.ère.s...).
QUELLE EST NOTRE MISSION ?
Aider gratuitement les entrepreneur.e.s à obtenir un prêt bancaire plus facilement et à développer une activité pérenne grâce à :
- un soutien dans le montage financier des projets d'entreprise ;
- un prêt d'honneur à taux 0 % ;
- une mise en relation avec les banques, autres financeurs et réseaux d'accompagnement à la création d'entreprise ;
- un parrainage par un.e chef.fe d'entreprise expérimenté.e ;
- un suivi dans les premières années d'activité.
88 % entrepreneur.e.s que nous avons accompagné.e.s sont encore en activité après 3 ans (contre 66 % en moyenne).

Notre objectif à tou.te.s : permettre aux entrepreneur.e.s d'entreprendre dans de bonnes conditions et de contribuer au développement économique et social de nos territoires, dans la durée.
La coordination régionale Initiative Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes est une équipe de 10 personnes. Nous animons les 31 associations locales, les représentons auprès de nos partenaires publics et privés et assurons la communication au niveau régional.
