Après le succès des deux premières éditions, organisées en 2018 et 2019 autour de l'exploration des nouvelles mobilités, Rennes Métropole lance la troisième édition de l'événement inOut qui se tient du 10 au 31 mai 2021.
En raison de la crise sanitaire, cette 3e édition prend une forme inédite, une saga de 4 émissions vidéo, élaborées et réalisées en partenariat avec Le Monde et avec le soutien de TVRennes.
InOut 2021 s’intéressera, sous différents angles, à l’avenir des villes et des déplacements urbains. En croisant le regard de spécialistes de divers domaines d’expertise avec celui des plus jeunes, en s’inspirant de ce qui a été mis en place avec succès à l’étranger et en découvrant les initiatives pertinentes développées en France, l’événement proposera un tour d’horizon des nouvelles mobilités en ville.
