Gemway Assets was established in summer 2012 by both well-known investors Bruno Vanier and Michel Audeban. It is an independent Asset Management Company, accredited by French regulator AMF (the equivalent of the UK FSA) specializing in Emerging Markets.
Gemway Assets today manages GemEquity, an AMF regulated fund, investing in all emerging markets equity. Its major focus is to invest in companies benefiting from rising purchasing power by emerging countries population.
In its three first years of operation, Gemway Assets has already established itself within the investment community. It has convinced clients in France as well as in Switzerland and has established privileged relationship with investment banks specializing on emerging markets.

Créée durant l’été 2012 par Bruno Vanier et Michel Audeban, Gemway Assets est une société de gestion indépendante spécialisée sur les marchés émergent agréée par l’AMF le 18/09/2012 par le n° d'agrément : GP1200002.
Aujourd’hui, forte d’une expertise reconnue et de l’accueil plus que positif rencontré auprès des investisseurs, Gemway Assets trouve pleinement sa place parmi les sociétés de gestion spécialisées.
La société gère aujourd’hui la SICAV GemFunds comprenant trois compartiments : GemEquity, fonds d’actions émergentes global, GemAsia fonds d'actions d'Asie hors Japon et GemChina fonds d'actions chinoise.
