W (e) Talk is a community intended to promote the development of the power to act with all women, by conducting a particular reflection on the necessary promotion of a plurality of female model roles.
The organization has given itself the mission of imagining a set of innovative and positive activities in order to:
• Stimulate feminine action by visibility of identified model roles and, thereby the change of society,
• question preconceived ideas on female action and linked concepts,
• Co-construct new solutions, with the main interested parties through innovative formats.
To date, W (e) Talk is developing two work areas:
• The W (E) Talk Event, an annual meeting which aims to make action for women accessible through authentic, inspiring, offbeat testimonies. A single leitmotif: trigger a process of positive identification and develop the power to act with everyone.
• W (E) Talk Lab, a laboratory for reflection and action, where a set of innovative and participative formats are carried out allowing to work on a specific theme or concept in connection with female action. The programs allow the co-construction of new solutions related to target audiences.

W(e)Talk est une communauté destinée à favoriser le développement du pouvoir d’agir auprès de toutes les femmes, en menant une réflexion particulière sur la nécessaire promotion d'une pluralité de rôles modèles féminins.
L'organisation s’est donnée comme mission d’imaginer un ensemble d’activités innovantes et positives afin de :
• stimuler l’action au féminin par la visibilité des rôles modèles identifiés et, par là le changement de société,
• questionner les idées préconçues sur l’action au féminin et les notions liées,
• co-construire au travers de formats innovants des solutions nouvelles, avec les principales intéressées.
A ce jour, W(e)Talk développe deux axes de travail :
• Le W(e)Talk Event, une rencontre annuelle qui vise à rendre accessible l’action au féminin au travers de témoignages authentiques, inspirants, décalés. Un seul leitmotiv : déclencher un processus d’identification positif et développer le pouvoir d’agir auprès de toutes.
• Le W(e)Talk Lab, un laboratoire de réflexion et d’action, où sont menés un ensemble de formats innovants et participatifs permettant de travailler sur une thématique ou un concept spécifique en lien avec l’action au féminin. Les programmes permettent la co-construction de solutions nouvelles en lien avec les publics cibles.
