Cédric Petitdidier et Vincent Prioux créent en 2004 l'agence PETITDIDIERPRIOUX Architectes (PPX). Regroupant une trentaine de collaborateurs entre ses deux agences de Paris et de Lyon, elle compte aujourd’hui une trentaine de réalisations à son actif.
Au fil des années, elle s’est forgé une expertise dans le domaine de l’habitat, en faisant constamment le pari de la "densité aimable" dans le but de réconcilier logement individuel et logement collectif, y compris pour des immeubles de hauteur importante.
Son expérience est reconnue à l’échelle internationale : elle a remporté le prix 40 under 40 en 2010 ; les International Property Awards en 2013, l'American Architecture Prize en 2016, ainsi que les German Design Awards 2020.
L’agence a eu l’opportunité de participer à de nombreux concours internationaux en Allemagne, en République Tchèque ainsi qu’au Koweït et réalise 4 projets hors de France.
PPX a récemment remporté des opérations urbaines de grande ampleur notamment pour la ville de Nice ainsi que pour les JO de Paris en 2024, ou elle assurera la coordination architecturale d’une partie du village des athlètes. Elle travaille actuellement sur de grandes opérations urbaines et des bâtiments attentifs aux ressources planétaires, notamment une tour réversible bureau/logements, 100% autonome en énergie.
