Le droit de la vigne est un droit complexe et très spécifique. Qu’il s’agisse de constitution de société, de modification, de succession, de cession, d’acquisition, de contrats particuliers, de donation, de fermage....toute décision concernant une propriété viticole nécessite une analyse détaillée et une réflexion particulière.
Face à cette réalité, le notariat propose un service original avec JURISVIN, le réseau des notaires du monde viticole. Ce Groupement d’Intérêt Economique, unique en son genre, rassemble une cinquantaine de notaires, tous installés en région viticole et spécialistes du droit de la vigne et du vin.
Maître LAVEIX, Président de JURISVIN nous précise les ambitions de ce GIE : « Notre objectif est triple : Nous souhaitons répondre, d’une part, aux attentes des viticulteurs qui sont à la recherche d’information dans le domaine du droit de la vigne et du vin, et, d’autre part, nous souhaitons répondre aux attentes de nos confrères notaires en mettant à leur disposition nos connaissances spécifiques du monde viticole.
