We are a multi-campus laboratory for student success innovation committed to dramatically increasing the number and diversity of college graduates in the United States. Our institutions are deeply committed to improving outcomes for low-income, first generation and students of color through collaboration, innovation and scale.

Since launching in 2014, the UIA campuses have increased their low-income graduates by 46% and increased graduates of color by 85%, producing 118,000 additional graduates to date.
