Since 2012, Movadom has worked to promote the healthy aging of seniors in their homes. After 8 years of activity in supporting the move of seniors and several hundred moves carried out, an observation has emerged: a need to support retirees' reflection on their accommodation in advance to help avoid a change of residence that is too sudden and unchosen.
Since 2020, Movadom has therefore offered an innovative approach to preventing loss of autonomy via fun and accessible tools. The tools used today are conferences, workshops, video conferences, podcasts, audio books, but also music.
The objective of all these projects is to promote the healthy aging of retirees through comfortable and secure housing, social connections and maintenance of cognitive and physical functions. With a panel of experts from very different backgrounds (musicians, music therapists, home organizers, psychotherapists, computer scientists, tour guides, animal mediator), Movadom has the capacity to offer numerous projects throughout France.Original language

Depuis 2012, Movadom œuvre pour favoriser le bien vieillir des seniors dans leur domicile. Après 8 ans d’activité dans l’accompagnement au déménagement des seniors et plusieurs centaines de déménagements réalisés, un constat a émergé : une nécessité d’accompagner en amont la réflexion des retraités sur leur logement pour permettre d’éviter un changement de domicile trop brutal et non choisi.
Depuis 2020, Movadom propose donc une approche innovante de la prévention de la perte de l’autonomie via des outils ludique et accessibles. Les outils utilisés aujourd’hui sont les conférences, ateliers, visio-conférences, podcast, livre audio, mais également la musique.
L’objectif de tous ces projets étant de favoriser le bien vieillir des retraités grâce à un habitat confortable et sécurisé, du lien social et un maintien des fonctions cognitives et physiques. Riche d’un panel d’experts venant d’horizon très différents (musiciens, musicothérapeutes, home organiser, psychothérapeutes, informaticiens, guides conférenciers, médiateur animal), Movadom a la capacité de proposer de nombreux projets sur toute la France.
