    Propelled by ~ 45 employees/trices engaged in their operational missions of general employment-training-formation-orientation and with an annual budget of ~ 4 ME, Challenge Métiers is a group of public interest (GIP, with an operation of law private) created, administered and mainly funded by the State (Region Prefecture, via the IDF Direct; Academic Region) as well as by the Ile-de-France Region, with the social partners and Socio-economic actors in Ile-de-France.

    Challenge Métiers is one of the eighteen members of the Carif-ear (RCO) network.

    Challenge Métiers is a founding member of France immersive Learning.

    Spécialiste de l'offre et des besoins de formation professionnelle de la région Ile-de-France, Défi métiers intervient dans plusieurs domaines :

    ♦️ Comprendre le système de filières, les métiers et les enjeux territoriaux emploi/formation/orientation ;
    ♦️ Professionnaliser et outiller les professionnels de l’emploi/formation/orientation ;
    ♦️ Informer sur la formation professionnelle et l’offre de formation ;
    ♦️ Observer les besoins en compétences, en formation et en emploi de la région Ile-de-France.

    Propulsé par ~45 collaborateurs/trices engagés dans leurs missions opérationnelles d’intérêt général emploi-formation-orientation et doté d’un budget annuel de ~ 4 ME, Défi métiers est un groupement d’intérêt public (GIP, avec un fonctionnement de droit privé) créé, administré et principalement financé par l’État (préfecture de région, via la Direccte IDF ; région académique) ainsi que par la Région Ile-de-France, avec les partenaires sociaux et les acteurs socio-économiques franciliens.

    Défi métiers est l’un des dix-huit membres du Réseau des Carif-Oref (RCO).

    Défi métiers est membre fondateur de France Immersive Learning.
