Rendez-vous incontournable de l'économie et de l'innovation du territoire soutenu par la Chambre de commerce et d'industrie et la plupart des réseaux d'entreprises du Val d'Oise, le salon Effervescence est né en 2011 à l'initiative de l'ADPAVAB (Association des Entrepreneurs du Sud-Val d'Oise). L'objectif était de mettre en commun les dynamismes, de se rencontrer et de valoriser les savoir-faire de chacun.
Renouvelant le principe du "speed-meeting business", la formule est unique : Quelle que soit son secteur d'activité, sa taille et le nombre de ses collaborateurs, l'entreprise dispose d'un "mange-debout" siglé de son nom (qui lui est offert à la fin du salon) ! Les visiteurs sont ainsi invités à déambuler de stand en stand dans un esprit de proximité et de convivialité.
