Fort de son expérience, Var Habitat est en capacité de proposer une palette de produits en fonction des attentes de ses partenaires. Différents montages d’opération peuvent être employés allant de l’achat dans le cadre des Ventes en Futur Achèvement (VEFA), la construction neuve avec des prestations en HQE, l’acquisition / amélioration directement avec des propriétaires privés ou avec des collectivités, à l’accession à la propriété. C’est ainsi que depuis 2011, Var Habitat a vendu, à des primo-accédants, près d’une centaine de logements, 56 lots à construire et quelques commerces.
De plus, la gestion de ses résidences reste une priorité. Avec l’appui de ses 4 territoires et la mise en place de plans pluriannuels d’entretien, Var Habitat peut s’enorgueillir de la bonne qualité technique de ses résidences. 79 % de ses logements ont désormais un diagnostic de performance énergétique inférieur ou égal à la catégorie C alors que sur le plan national, seulement 34 % des logements atteignent cette performance.
