We assist our residential and commercial customers at every stage of their property journey with competitive and comprehensive service offerings: acquisition, lease and renting, block management and sales.

The Group operates mainly in Europe in 8 countries and has a strategy of multi branding.
Our residential real estate services business is the leader in France, operating under the Foncia brand through a unique network of over 500 branches. We also hold leading positions in Switzerland, Germany and the UK and have a strong presence in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal where we operate under various brands through a network of over 200 branches.

Emeria is #1 in the joint property management, rental management and rentals market in Belgium, France and Germany, #2 in Switzerland, and #1 in block management in the UK. Emeria also operates in Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal, and is one of the European leaders in property management.

Since Philippe Salle took the helm in 2017, the Group initiated a digital transformation, bringing about a revolution in residential real estate services to reinforce the reactivity, transparency and expertise of our teams to better serve our customers. The creation of the Emeria brand comes at a time when the Group is accelerating its internationalisation and strengthening its position as a leader in residential real estate services.

Emeria operates primarily in Belgium through the OP and Trevi brands, in France with the Foncia brand (celebrating 50 years), as well as Assurimo, Constatimmo, Efficity,Lodgis, Tech-Way, Seiitra or Stares, in Germany under the Reanovo brand, in Portugal with Efficity, in Switzerland using the Brolliet, DBS Group, Domicim and Gribi brands, and across Europe via Esset.
