We are chocolate obsessives and having worked in the industry for the last 15 years have recognised the negative impact the cocoa industry has had on the world and things are just getting worse.

Professor David Salt - professor emeritus, 35 years as an active research scientist, 179 research publications and 4 patents and all round cocoa research legend.

Ross Newton & Kit Tomlinson - Two food entrepreneurs, who previously owned the incredibly popular confectionery brand, Mighty Fine. And succcesfullly exited in 2021.
