The Research Park at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is a technology hub for startup companies and corporate research and development operations. The mission of the University of Illinois Research Park is to encourage collaborative research, development, and commercialization of the University's intellectual assets, and to foster economic growth. The Research Park has grown to 18 buildings. EnterpriseWorks, the technology business incubator, is home to 60+ startup companies and is the "clubhouse" of the Research Park.
