Novedo is an industrial group focused on three business segments – Industry, Infrastructure, and Installation & Service.

Novedo’s vision is to create long-term sustainable value through acquisitions and developing prominent B2B companies with healthy corporate cultures, developed niche positions, and proven business models within the selected business segments.

Novedo completed its first acquisition in 2021 and currently the Group consists of about 25 subsidiaries and approx. 1,300 employees in Denmark, Estonia, Germany and Sweden. Net sales for R12 months were SEK 2,708 million as of December 31, 2023.

Novedo has an active acquisition strategy and sets high standards for the companies it acquires. Even after the acquisition, the selling party/existing management continues to operate in a decentralized manner with their solid business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, supported by Novedo through leadership, know-how, and add-on acquisitions, all embraced by Novedo's core values – trust, business acumen, and operational closeness.

Novedo's business and role in society are based on the motto "Stronger together."
