Depuis plus de 100 ans, la SA MONT-BLANC accompagne les haut-savoyards tout au long de leur parcours résidentiel.
Nos 50 collaborateurs construisent et gèrent, jour après jour, des logements abordables accessibles à tous, en location ou via l'accession sociale à la propriété.
Constructeur maître d'ouvrage, bailleur social, et syndic de copropriété, nous comptons environ 4 200 logements locatifs répartis sur l'ensemble du département.
Depuis le début de l'année 2021, nous avons mis en place plusieurs collaborations officielles, afin d'unir nos forces à celles d'autres bailleurs sociaux.
◾ Habitat Réuni : Nous avons rejoint cette Société Anonyme de Coordination, qui rassemble 36 organismes de logement social, répartis en pôles territoriaux au niveau national. Les associés ont ainsi la possibilité d'échanger, de collaborer, et de mutualiser leurs atouts sur divers sujets.
◾ Sô Alpes : Dans le cadre de notre rapprochement avec Léman Habitat, notre confrère du Chablais, nous avons formé un Groupement d'Intérêt Economique. Les principaux objectifs : ancrage local, proximité de service et mutualisation de moyens.
