    Créée en 2013 à l’initiative du Groupe L’Oréal, #STOPILLETTRISME est la première et l’unique association d’entreprises engagées pour apporter des solutions concrètes qui renforcent les compétences et l’inclusion sociale des salariés en situation d’illettrisme, d’analphabétisme ou d’illectronisme.
    #STOPILLETTRISME propose aux entreprises de mettre en place un dispositif innovant ayant comme objectif d’accompagner des salariés en situation d’illettrisme, d’analphabétisme ou d’illectronisme. Ces salariés, sur la base du volontariat, vont suivre une formation professionnelle certifiante (MCCP, CLéA, DCL...) avec un organisme spécialisé. En parallèle, ils seront aidés et accompagnés par des collaborateurs des entreprises membres dans le cadre d’un tutorat d’une heure par semaine. Le dispositif se déroule sur le lieu de travail commun des bénéficiaires et des tuteurs.
