Sistemi Formativi Confindustria is a joint-stock consortium company that designs and coordinates training, research and development and technical assistance initiatives - at national and international level - aimed at supporting the development of the Confindustria Association System; supporting the competitive growth of SMEs; promoting the modernization of the Public Administration.
Founded in 1993 following the definitive transformation of the ENFAPI Confindustria Association (National Body for Professional Training and Education in Industry), the consortium currently has over 80 members who form a widespread network throughout the country. These include: important management schools, prestigious training centers connected to the confederal system, Industrial Associations and businesses. Confindustria is the relative majority member.

- is an entity accredited by the Lazio Region for the provision of training and orientation activities
- is on the founding committee of the Cyber 4.0 Competence Center dedicated to Cyber Security, led by the University of Rome La Sapienza
- adheres to EfVET and participates in dissemination and cooperation activities on the topic of Education

Sistemi Formativi Confindustria è una società consortile per azioni che progetta e coordina iniziative di formazione, ricerca e sviluppo ed assistenza tecnica - a livello nazionale ed internazionale - finalizzate a supportare lo sviluppo del Sistema associativo Confindustria; sostenere la crescita competitiva delle PMI; favorire la modernizzazione della Pubblica Amministrazione.
Nata nel 1993 a seguito della definitiva trasformazione dell’Associazione ENFAPI Confindustria (Ente nazionale per la formazione e l’addestramento professionale nell’industria), attualmente al consorzio aderiscono oltre 80 Soci che costituiscono una rete capillare sull’intero territorio nazionale. Tra questi: importanti scuole di management, prestigiosi centri di formazione collegati al sistema confederale, Associazioni degli Industriali ed imprese. Confindustria è il Socio di maggioranza relativa.
SFC - Sistemi Formativi Confindustria:
- è soggetta ad attività di direzione e coordinamento ex art. 2497 bis del c.c. da parte della controllante Confindustria
- è certificata ISO 9001:2015 per la progettazione, lo sviluppo e l’erogazione della formazione e dei relativi servizi di ricerca e assistenza tecnica rivolti alle imprese ed agli organismi istituzionali
- fa parte degli Enti riconosciuti dalla Legge 40/87 (Enti privati gestori di attività formative rientranti nell'ambito delle competenze statali di cui all'articolo 18 della legge 21 dicembre 1978, n° 845)
- è un ente accreditato presso la Regione Lazio per l'erogazione delle attività di formazione e orientamento
- è nel comitato istitutivo del Competence Center Cyber 4.0 dedicato alla Cyber Security, con capofila l'Università di Roma La Sapienza
- aderisce a EfVET e partecipa alle attività di disseminazione e cooperazione sul tema dell’Education
- è stata iscritta nell'elenco degli Enti formativi per la mediazione abilitati al numero 226 del registro del Ministero della Giustizia
