Job Odyssée est un organisme de formation à structure associative, qui s’est démultiplié au cœur des QPV (Quartiers Prioritaires des Villes) et dont la force de frappe repose aussi bien sur les outils originaux qu’il a développé que sur un tissu associatif fédéré du monde sportif très présent au niveau local.
L’Association Job Odyssée qui a pour vocation une double mission :
Guider les différents publics issus de la diversité, dans leurs parcours d’orientation et de formation en levant les freins périphériques liés à l’emploi.
Diversifier les recrutements et jouer la carte de la mixité sociale en favorisant la rencontre des profils et talents issus de territoires QPV. Et ainsi, grâce à des ambassadeurs de prestiges, véritables fédérateurs d’enthousiasme et de dynamisme, mettre en place des aides adaptées aux besoins des entreprises et à leurs différents métiers.
