AIA Environment is the structure of the AIA Life Designers group dedicated to high -value added environmental projects located in Paris, Lyon and Nantes.

The developed projects cover a voluntarily widened field: from the architecture project to the planning project, from the territorial strategy to the support of the user.
Our approach is characterized by a positioning very upstream with the contracting authority to strengthen ambitions, deepen the responses to provide, promote future appropriation and therefore the sustainability of cities and buildings. AIA Environnement est la structure du groupe AIA Life Designers dédiée aux projets à haute valeur environnementale ajoutée implantée à Paris, Lyon et Nantes.
Le champ d’intervention couvre les prestations d’expertise environnementale et développement durable, d’accompagnement aux différentes certifications (HQE, BREEAM, LEED, WELL, BDM, E+C-, Passivhaus...) mais également les études spécifiques telles que le Bilan Carbone, les études énergétiques et les analyses de cycle de vie des bâtiments et des quartiers.
L’équipe est également associée à différents projets de recherche (bâtiment à énergie positive, réhabilitation énergétique, fermes urbaines, hôpital favorisant le bien-être, urbanisme favorable à la santé, expertise bas carbone, stockage énergétique par air comprimé intégré au bâti...)
En fonction du périmètre d’intervention, AIA Environnement interroge différentes échelles temporelles et spatiales au service d’une vision élargie et transversale des enjeux de développement durable. Les projets développés couvrent un champ volontairement élargi : du projet d’architecture au projet d’aménagement, de la stratégie territoriale à l’accompagnement de l’usager.
Notre approche se caractérise par un positionnement très en amont avec la maîtrise d’ouvrage pour renforcer les ambitions, approfondir les réponses à apporter, favoriser une appropriation future et donc la durabilité des villes et bâtiments. L’usage constitue une valeur, un outil de projet à part entière, une matière vivante et évolutive qu’il faut s’attacher à suivre et à satisfaire.
