L'Ecole des Courses Hippiques AFASEC propose une formation d’excellence aux métiers des courses hippiques (trot et galop), en alternance entre l’école et l’écurie de courses. Les 5 écoles en France assurent aux jeunes une formation à partir de la 4ème jusqu’au BTS. Un programme de formation professionnelle continue est mis en place pour celles et ceux qui veulent se reconvertir ou se perfectionner dans le secteur des courses hippiques.
L'AFASEC propose un service social et un accompagnement durant toute la carrière professionnelle des élèves et du personnel des écuries de courses.
