    Kilden ble opprettet av Norges forskningsråd i 1998 og er i dag organisert som en uavhengig avdeling i Forskningsrådet. Vi samarbeider med forskningsmiljøer og interesseorganisasjoner fra hele landet, og har et bredt nordisk og europeisk nettverk.
