We transform the lives of adults with the most need and potential by training them to code and build careers in tech.

Pursuit (formerly known as C4Q) is a social impact organization that creates transformation where it’s needed most. Through our four-year intensive program, we train adults with the most need and potential to gain their first tech jobs, advance in their careers, and become the next generation of leaders in tech. Our graduates are hired by leading companies like Pinterest, Kickstarter, LinkedIn, BlackRock, and JPMorgan Chase, and on average go from making $18,000 to over $85,000 yearly. In addition to training and career support, Pursuit’s innovative operating model combines partnerships with tech companies to retrain their blue-collar workers and social impact investments to re-envision funding for outcomes-based organizations. By connecting talent with opportunity, Pursuit empowers graduates to bring change to their families, tech companies, and communities across the nation.

We are not just a short-term bootcamp. Our intensive two-step, four-year journey focuses on building meaningful careers. The journey begins with Pursuit Core, a 10-month curriculum that builds job-ready computer programmers with in-demand coding skills and industry smarts. Core focuses on technical mastery, professional skills, and industry fluency to help graduates launch their careers in tech. Helping our graduates get their first tech job is just the start of our long-term commitment to their growth. Following Core, they learn how to progress in their careers through Pursuit Advance, a structured 36-month support program where they receive coaching, additional technical learning, and other individualized support.
