- Applying to our Associate Programme - a leadership programme for high-potential career changers who want to move into the impact economy. The programme combines experience and support in this transition and prepares you to be a leader in this space.

- Hosting a placement for our Associate Programme, working with two or more of our Associates over the course of a year at below-market cost

- Becoming a pro-bono mentor or coach

- Leading a learning & development session on our Associate Programme for a few hours on a Friday
