    With the support of USAID and the MasterCard Foundation, the African Center for Advanced Studies in Management (CESAG) and its main partners (the Synapse Center and the West African Research Center) have set up the Regional Leadership Center (CRL) which offers future leaders from 16 African countries skills, tools, and opportunities to realize their dreams and thus shape the future of the continent. The YALI DAKAR CRL covers the following 16 countries: BENIN, BURKINA FASO, CAMEROON, CAPE VERDE, CÔTE D’IVOIRE, GABON, GUINEA, GUINEA BISSAU, EQUATORIAL GUINEA, MALI, MAURITANIA, NIGER, SAO TOME AND PRINCIPE, SENEGAL, CHAD, and TOGO.
    The training courses take place within CESAG. The YALI DAKAR Regional Leadership Center offers two types of training: hybrid training and online training. The hybrid training takes place over 5 weeks: 2 weeks of online training followed by 3 weeks of face-to-face training in Dakar. The online training takes place over 8 weeks entirely online. Candidates can follow the training in business and entrepreneurship, civic leadership or public management.

    Grâce au soutien de l’USAID et de la Fondation MasterCard, le Centre Africain d’Etudes Supérieures en Gestion (CESAG) et ses partenaires principaux (le Synapse Center et le West African Research Center) ont mis en place le Centre régional de leadership (CRL) qui propose aux futurs leaders de 16 pays africains des compétences, des outils, des opportunités leur permettant de réaliser leur rêve, et ainsi façonner l’avenir du continent. Le CRL YALI DAKAR couvre les 16 pays suivants: BENIN, BURKINA FASO, CAMEROUN, CAP-VERT, CÔTE D’IVOIRE, GABON, GUINÉE, GUINÉE BISSAU, GUINÉE ÉQUATORIALE, MALI, MAURITAINE, NIGER, SAO TOME ET PRINCIPE, SÉNÉGAL, TCHAD ET TOGO.
    Les formations se déroulent au sein du CESAG. Le centre Régional de Leadership YALI DAKAR offre deux types de formations: la formation hybride et la formation en ligne. La formation hybride se déroule sur 5 semaines: 2 semaines de formation en ligne suivi de 3 semaines de formation en présentiel à Dakar. La formation en ligne se déroule sur 8 semaines entièrement en ligne. Les candidats peuvent suivre la formation en business et entrepreneurship, en civic leadership ou en public management.
