[Automatic translation follows] Techlab is the APF France Handicap technological innovation department. Innovation is a great lever to develop the quality of life and the power to act of people in disability situations.
Both based in Paris and Tourcoing, the Techlab develops its activity on 2 axes:
• Facilitate access to technologies and digital technology of people with disabilities: expertise, teleconsultation, monitoring and advice, loan of equipment and technical aid
• Support startups and businesses in their co-design approach with people with disabilities. Through their participation in innovation workshops, users with disabilities develop their power to act.
The techlab team is multidisciplinary, which allows them to have a global approach to the user's needs in terms of innovation, from the design of products to their appropriation by people with disabilities.Original language
Le TechLab est le département Innovation Technologique d'APF France handicap. L'innovation est un formidable levier pour développer la qualité de vie et le pouvoir d'agir des personnes en situations de handicap.
À la fois basé à Paris et à Tourcoing, le TechLab développe son activité sur 2 axes :
• Faciliter l’accès aux technologies et au numérique des personnes en situation de handicap : expertise, téléconsultation, veille et conseil, prêt de matériel et d’aides techniques
• Accompagner des startups et entreprises dans leur démarche de co-conception avec des personnes en situation de handicap. Au travers de leur participation aux ateliers innovation, les usagers en situation de handicap développent leur pouvoir d’agir.
L’équipe du TechLab est pluridisciplinaire, ce qui lui permet d’avoir une approche globale des besoins de l’usager en matière d’innovation, depuis la conception des produits jusqu’à leur appropriation par les personnes en situation de handicap.
