Le programme les Entrep’ est un programme national d’entraînement et de découverte à la création d’entreprise ouvert à tous jeunes post-bac qui cherchent à révéler leur potentiel et 100% gratuitUn programme terrain unique en France et 100% gratuit pour révéler son potentiel entrepreneurial !En équipe interdisciplinaire (2 à 5 membres), et à partir d’une idée, les jeunes suivent un parcours terrain de 18 semaines et bénéficient d’un apport de connaissances pratiques (e-learning, soirées workshop, extranet…). Chaque équipe projet mène, expérimente et confronte son concept au marché pour le transformer en opportunité d’affaire. Elle est accompagnée par un coach, expert en création d’entreprise et par un parrain, chef d’entreprise issu du Réseau Entreprendre, du CJD, du MEDEF ou d'un autre réseau…Le dispositif permet à chaque jeune de se créer un 1er réseau pro, développer de nouvelles compétences et faciliter son insertion professionnelle. Sur démarche individuelle, le certificat permet de valoriser 6 compétences entrepreneuriales acquises au cours de ces 5 mois terrain, soft-skills permettant de se différencier auprès de recruteurs.Les Entrep’ Aix-Marseille est l’antenne qui déploie le programme sur tout le territoire Aix-Marseille.
