[Automatic translation follows] Promoting female role models in digital professions through portraits.
"A Few Women in Digital!" is a long-term photographic project with the aim of:
- contributing to the construction of role models to break stereotypes, particularly that of the masculine dimension of technical professions
- building the most comprehensive knowledge base on women in digital technology and the great diversity of professions they perform
- making this base available to all stakeholders involved in promoting women in digital professions, particularly among young people.
The project brings together ministers, members of parliament, members of executive committees of large groups or entrepreneurs, association presidents, partners of investment funds, and players in the digital innovation ecosystem. These are women who hold different positions at all levels of society. The diversity of their origins, training, nationalities, career paths, ages, functions or companies is a striking demonstration of the many ways of working in this innovative and growing industry.
Today, more than 500 women are already part of the project, which takes the form of a physical and digital exhibition. We are not going to stop there!Original language
Valoriser par le portrait les rôles modèles féminins des métiers du numérique.
« Quelques femmes du numérique ! » est un projet photographique qui s'inscrit dans la durée avec pour objectif de :
- contribuer à la construction de rôles-modèles pour casser les stéréotypes, notamment celui de la dimension masculine des métiers techniques
- constituer la base de connaissances la plus étoffée sur les femmes du numérique et la grande diversité des métiers qu'elles exercent
- mettre cette base au service de tous les acteurs engagés dans la valorisation des femmes dans les métiers du numérique, notamment auprès des jeunes.
Le projet réunit ministres, députées, membres de comités exécutifs de grands groupes ou entrepreneuses, présidentes d'association, associées de fonds d'investissement, actrices de l'écosystème de l'innovation numérique. Ce sont des femmes qui occupent différents postes à tous les niveaux de la société. La diversité de leurs origines, formations, nationalités, parcours, âges, fonctions ou entreprises est une démonstration éclatante des multiples façons de travailler dans cette industrie innovante et en pleine croissance.
Aujourd'hui déjà plus de 500 femmes font partie du projet qui revêt la forme d'une exposition physique et numérique. Nous n'allons pas nous arrêter là !
