Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations
The Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations (IDDRI) is an independent think tank that facilitates the transition towards sustainable development. It was founded in 2001.
To achieve this, IDDRI identifies the conditions and proposes the tools for integrating sustainable development into policies. It takes action at different levels, from international cooperation to that of national and sub-national governments and private companies, with each level informing the other.
As a research institute and a dialogue platform, IDDRI creates the conditions for a shared analyses and expertise between stakeholders. It connects them in a transparent, collaborative manner, based on leading interdisciplinary research.
IDDRI then makes its analyses and proposals available to all.

Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations
Institut de recherche indépendant, l’Institut du développement durable et des relations internationales (Iddri) a pour objectif de favoriser la transition vers le développement durable et la prospérité pour tous. L’Iddri identifie les conditions nécessaires pour que le développement durable soit intégré aux politiques publiques et propose des outils pour leur mise en œuvre. Il intervient à différents niveaux, de la coopération internationale aux politiques des pays, villes et entreprises. L’Iddri constitue une plateforme pour faciliter un dialogue transparent entre toutes les parties prenantes (recherche et communauté académique, gouvernements, société civile, secteur privé), tout en garantissant un apprentissage mutuel et la pertinence de ses recherches. Fondation reconnue d’utilité publique, l’Iddri met à la disposition de tous, via son site Internet, ses différentes analyses et propositions, et les partage lors de conférences et séminaires. L’Iddri participe activement au débat sur les politiques publiques, à l’échelle internationale et nationale.
