The ultimate dream is to reach an environment where operators can work comfortably and safely, where their gestures are assisted, and their arduousness is reduced. We achieve this through the reinvention of health at work. We were wondering, in our digital world, how can health at work be reinvented, transforming technical advances into social progress? AIO has developed Numii, the new scale for healthier workplaces through the use of artificial intelligence. A âTech for a Better Worldâ innovation award winning device, that uses connected beacons to create the worldâs first labour health database.
The Numii project is a cutting-edge scale that deciphers efforts and gestures without wearables. It allows you to gain valuable insight into your operations, with the creation of smart factory digital twins. These twins translate physical movements present on the floor into a useful dataset. Henceforth, youâll be using real-time data from real life situations, youâll be able to truly see whatâs going on in your plant and build up production lines accordingly. Adapting your factory to reality will no longer be fantasy.
Moreover, decrypting this data will allow us to truly understand working strategies, to precisely pinpoint causes of MSD (musculoskeletal disorders), and to better design the industrial tools of tomorrow, especially in human/robot interactions.
